Check -In:
Rooms are guaranteed ready by 3 p.m. and check-in is by 5 p.m. With proper notice, however, we are happy to arrange for an early or late check-in. Celie's does not maintain a 24 hour check-in desk, so please arrive with your confirmation letter.Rooms DO NOT have telephones in them. We offer a common area phone with free local and long distance. We have one loaner laptop computer.
Check-Out:
Check out is 11 a.m. and at that time, all parking passes & water taxi passes must be returned at check out.
Reservation Policy:
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm a reservation. We reserve the right to process the credit card charges for the deposit amount upon receipt. Reservations of two or more nights must pay 50% at time of booking. For reservations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount.
Harborfront and Garden rooms have a two-night minimum stay on weekends March thru October, and all rooms have a two night minimum stay and increased rates on holiday & special event weekends.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our intimate size and as most of our guests plan their pre-paid visits with us quite some time in advance, cancellations affect us significantly and we also have non-recoverable expenses. Furthermore, unlike hotels, Celie’s Waterfront Inn does not overbook its rooms. This is why we ask everyone to be certain that their plans are firm, and minds made up before booking. See below specifics.
Refunds of deposits, less a $20.00 cancellation fee ($50 cancellation fee for suites 8 & 9), will be made provided you notify us at least 14 days prior to scheduled stay. If cancelled less than 14 days you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay unless we are able to re-book the room.
Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of arrival or departure. No-shows, late check-ins & early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
Inn Policies:
We maintain a smoke-free inn and smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited anywhere in the Inn. If a guest chooses to smoke, they will be asked to leave and will be charged a $250 charge, in addition to the full amount of their stay, to compensate lost revenue while we replace bedding and window treatments. Smoking is allowed only in the garden and courtyard. Any incidental charges, damages or theft will be charged to your credit card. Including damage caused by fireplaces. Children 12 years of age and over are welcome. For younger children, please call us directly. Due to allergies, we are unable to accept any type of pet or service animals.For everyone's safety, candles and incense are NOT allowed in the Inn. No exceptions to the above policies are available.
